07/17/2026 Days At Shelter 41 Patient presented from overnight clinic- HBC At Risk Since 2026-08-25 QAR, very sweet. With assitance able to stand and bear weight x3 non weight bearing LH. Holding LH across midline. BCS 3/9. Little interest in food. R/O: LH hip luxation vs underlying pelvic fracture Plan: Begin anlagesic and antibiotics Cage rest and monitor if able to ambulate without assistance
08/24/2026 patient is bar, e/d well, no overt respiratory issues noted, weight bearing RH, LH nonweight bearing and medially displaced, r/o underlying pelvic fx/injury was in clinic and on tx sheet medications dr johnson examined initially- notes to follow adding continued analgesics advise rads- can do with placement- contact clinic supervisor to schedule no sx at this time, permit patient time to heal, recheck in 2 weeks- ok for FTA can have sx if at risk
