Medical Observation
8/10: At time of tech exam P was aggressive and required manual restraint (Squeeze Gate, Catch Pole etc.) and protective equipment for staff to complete exam. P is BAR, with no clinical signs of illness or injury that could be seen at this time.

8/19: P presented for Canine OHE surgery.
PRE-MED: 0.45 mL Dexmedetomidine (0.5mg/mL) / 0.01 mL Acepromazine (10mg/mL)
INDUCTION: 10.0 mL Propofol (10mg/mL) IV to effect, ET tube placed.
ANES: Iso. Maint.
2.3 mL Carprofen (50mg/mL) injection SQ
PROCEDURE: Canine OHE. Ovarian pedicles ligated with a circumferential ligature. Uterine body ligated with modified Miller's knot. Linea closed with cruciate suture(s) or a simple continuous pattern, followed by subcuticular pattern of same suture.
Shelter Observation
8/10: growls when you get close and lunged at the broom when taking food bowl out.
8/12: when entering the kennel they slowly backed away tail was tucked eyes wide open and started growing.
9/3: have to go slow with her , growls a little, comes to kennel door slowly, and a little scared.

Volunteer Observation
8/16: Easy Going, Good Manners, Social (People/Dogs), Loose/Wiggly Body, Wants to Cuddle, Solicits Pets.
8/16: Avoidant/Fearful. Clearly a bit too nervous to get treat from me, Anxious (Lip Licking, Circling, Stress Yawning), Clearly fearful, Vocal, Disinterested in Attention, Disinterested in Pets/Cuddles. Barking and lunging as people walked by but it seems like she's just scared
8/30: Timid, Good on Leash, Warms Up. Because I knew she was a timid dog I took my time getting her out of her kennel. She is treat motivated but was hesitant to warm up to me once she did she did great outside wander and explored. Definitely needs some patience:)

Playgroup Observation
8/12: allowed greetings , corrects if needed ,Tolerant, explored yard. PG1-Social/DG-Dainty & Gentle
8/20: Protective of kennel space, unable to pair in kennel.
