Evaluation Notes: Dog is fearful upon approach where he lays down and pushes his head into the wall to avoid eye contact and
attempt to hide. He trembles and tucks legs and tail underneath him. He flinches when I offer affection and
stays in his tucked position. He is not intersted in interaction, the leash, nor treats.
Coming back later, he is laying down with his head upright and looking at me. He flinches when I enter the
kennel and begins to tremble where he allows me to sit next to him. He stands up and leans away from me
when I attempt to offer affection and treats. I back up to create space where he lays down again. He allows me
to place bowl with wet food in front of him where he is able to eat it after a few minutes. I easily exit the kennel.
Behavior possibly due to undersocialization.
