Stevie is HIGH HEARTWORM POSITIVE.
He received DA2PP-V, Bordetella, 1-year Rabies vaccine, Advantage Multi and Pyrantel/dewormer.
Stevie may also have low or possibly no vision'staff noted that he walks into things.

BEHAVIOR NOTES:
Stevie had a very difficult intake, but his subsequent daily notes show a much calmer dog outside of that stressful medical handling.
Stevie has repeatedly greeted staff with a neutral or wagging body, is easy to leash and generally walks on a loose leash. He enjoys stopping to sniff, walks beside his handler with a relaxed body, and goes potty outside'staff specifically noted that he keeps his kennel very clean. When he didn't want to return to his kennel, treats easily persuaded him.
