🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES:
Elmer has been described as friendly, treat-motivated and tail-wagging, but shelter life appears to be stressful for him.
He has vocalized in his kennel and can pull on leash going to the runs. However, after returning he walks back on a semi-loose leash and then remains quiet and calm for the rest of cleaning. He also accepts treats for redirection.
