🐾BEHAVIOR NOTES:
Tomy is a sensitive young dog who appears overwhelmed by the shelter environment. He can be shy, nervous, and easily startled, but staff have also described him as friendly, wiggly, and affectionate.
He generally walks on a loose or semi-loose leash and has shown a softer side with handlers. On October 15, Tomy leaned into a staff member's hand while being petted! On another day, he enjoyed sunbathing and sleeping peacefully on the patio.
Unfortunately, Tomy has also displayed some reactive behavior toward other dogs. He has occasionally barked at passing visitors.
