Pete is a 8 year old male Border Collie mix that was abandoned by its owner. It doesn?t appear that shelter life is bothering him much, he is just as happy as he could be.... given the circumstances that is. He does a skin condition that the medical team identified, and seems to think it is may be related to poor diet. Can you help this angel!
