He is not neutered yet so he'll need to be placed in New Kent or surrounding counties. So sad - this guy was dropped over a 6\" locked privacy fence behind a local vets. I don't know how he's not very badly injured. He looks like a Rottie to me with some St Bernard from the side. He's been neglected and is very thin. He needs a hero. He will not allow touching yet (imagine the horrible things he must have been through in his past) but comes very close to take food from your hand. He is curious and is becoming less afraid everyday. He is very appreciative of all the yummy food he's been getting with us. Please contact us if you're able to help him in any way.
