Kelso is about 1 year old. Someone just dropped him off at the shelter during the night. He's a Border Collie mix with the typical Border Collie personality. He gets along well with other dogs, but he's on the submissive side, so it'd be best for him not to put him with aggressive dogs. Loves his tummy rubs.
