Hi there. My name is Prudence. I am a Treeing Walker Coonhound who needs a home and a family to love. I am 3 years old and was found as a stray. I know I wasn't always roaming the streets because I am a friendly fellow. II would love to be a part of a family and make sure to leave you some room on the couch when we watch football. So, how about it? Don't you need a loyal friend in your life? The shelter is open 7 days a week. Daily hours are 10-3, M/W hours are 10-6. Out of state adoptions are welcomed. Dogs at Belmont County Animal Shelter are PTS due to behavioral issues and illness (and would not be posted here), in addition to lack of space.
