Hello. My name is Flossie. I am a 2 year old Am Staff girl who is need of some good loving. I was found as a stray. I was probably dumped by someone, but that doesn't deter me from loving people I meet. I would make a great member of the family if you would consider adding me to yours. Contact the shelter about me or come see me. The shelter is open 7 days a week. Daily hours are 10-3, M/W hours are 10-6. Out of state adoptions are welcomed. Dogs at Belmont County Animal Shelter are PTS due to behavioral issues and illness (and would not be posted here), in addition to lack of space. In many cases, this permits us to extend the euth date of the dogs listed on this site. Even with extensions, there are no guarantees and these dogs are still very much in danger.
