Everett is about 10 months old. He will probably grow to be about 40 pounds. He is friendly and gets along well with other dogs. He walks well on a leash and enjoys riding in a car. He is current on his vaccinations and has a current Rabies Tag.He has been neutered, He would make a wonderful dog for an active family. He has learned to fetch. ***Update*** Everett was adopted by a family with small children. They loved him and thought he was a wonderful dog. Their young son had breathing problems and Everett would awaken the parents when the child had episodes during the night. Unfortunately during the day when they were at work, they would tie Everett outside. He is a \"Houdini\" and always managed to get loose. He would make his rounds in the neighborhood and return home later. Neighbors have started to complain and the family can not afford a fence. So now he is back with us. He is now about 14 months old and has been housebroken. He is longing for a forever home.***UPDATE****Everett was adopted by a kind gentleman and had a nice fenced yard. He learned how to climb over the fence and go on adventures. Animal Control picked him up again and the adoptee said he just could not keep him in. Everett is available for adoption again. He is very friendly and good with children. He needs a home in the country where he will have room to run.
