SHE IS A TERRIER MIX, WEIGHS ABOUT 40 LBS AND IS ONLY ABOUT THREE. .Animal Control does not have web access so please don't email, give them a call at 337-394-1220. The volunteer maintaining the site is in another city and not at the shelter. All pets on adoption row have been wormed. DUE TO OVERCROWDING, ALL PULL FEES FOR RESCUES HAVE BEEN WAIVED!! They love me over there, at the pound, but... pets are euthanized every Tuesday and I may be next... If you think you and I could live together, PLEASE HURRY, I have only so much time left... The opening hours have changed! The new hours are Tuesday through Friday, 8am - 5 pm. Saturday 9 am - 2 pm. Closed on Sunday and Monday. Some pets are euthanized on Tuesday or Friday. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE! Adoptions are on a first come first served basis (this is why it is a good idea to call first). The $65 adoption fee entitles you to a $50 spay/neuter certificate and a $10 rabies certificate.
