About velma: Velma is a bouncy, wiggly, active and very affectionate little girl who is around 12-18 months old. Velma is a little girl at about 35-40 lbs, the perfect size for cuddling in the lap. Velma was picked up as a stray and will be available for adoption on 5/28, however, the shelter is accepting applications now.
