About shorty: Shorty was picked up as a stray. He had no ID on him. No one has claimed him. He is a funny looking fellow. He looks like a Lab with no legs. He could be a cartoon character. He is very friendly and happy at the shelter. He is not too bad on a leash, could use some work. He will need to be neutered and have his rabies shot. His adoption fee is 85.00, to cover the cost of the vet.
