About kipper: Kipper is a big shepherd mix with big ears and a big heart. He loves getting out of his cage and going for walks so he doesn't have to "go" in his cage. He is really yearning for his forever home. Please note, Kipper is in a high kill shelter and dogs only have to be held for 72 hours. His adoption fee is only $32.00.
