About tobi: Tobi came to our shelter as a stray on May 10th. He is about a year old, weighs about 36 pounds, and has some minor scarring on his skin (possibly healed patches caused from road burns after being hit by a car). He is a shy, sweet guy that needs a family with tlc. He is also in need of basic training.
