Teeth are very worn down, moderate dental tartar, gingivitis, some blood seen in mouth, most likely from DOH victim. 47.4 lbs; BCS: 3/5. Prominent mammary glands, appears to have had litters. Healing scabbed wound on right side of neck; very small growth behind neck, small mass under left armpit. Nervous, but allowed handling.
