Several skin tags on face Severe dental disease with calculi accumulation PLN WNL. A. Geriatric. F Poodle. Hematuria - suspect UTI r/o uroliths. Suspect UMN/cervical dz - r/o IVDD vs neoplasm vs myelitis/encephalitis vs vascular event vs AA instability vs infectious vs other. Dental disease. P: Baytril 68 mg PO SID x 10 days Rimadyl 75 mg tab, 1/4 (18.75 mg) tab PO BID x 5 days CTM in medical CBC/Chem Reco NH placement ASAP for underlying neuro work up and management. Reco AXR and UA/UCS with placement. Prognosis; fair. Guarded at this point. Needs intake vacc/deworming.
