Friends of Memphis Animal Services says: Please meet Murphy! This sweet boy came into the shelter as a stray. Murphy walks well on a leash, and he will sit for a treat most of the time lol. Murphy is about a year old, and his id number is A297906. Murphy weighs about thirty-six pounds so a nice medium size. He has tested positive for heartworms so he will need treatment from his new family. He enjoyed being outside today but did not run far from us. Murphy met several dogs on a leash and through the fence and seemed to do fine. Murphy is waiting at Memphis Animal Services for his new family. Please come meet him!
