Pic Me Pets says: When I was walking this girl down the row of kennels to go outside, she seemed very submissive with the other dogs when they barked at her - she moved to the other side of me.
Pic Me Pets says: Bella was surrendered by her owner yesterday (8/18). She's a completely different dog outside than she is in her kennel. Inside she couldn't stop shaking, but once she was outside she was so happy and turned into a huge cuddler, trying to squeeze herself into me as much as possible. She's 1-year-old and 54 pounds.
