Hello, my name is Flacco. My animal id is #53363. I am a desexed male tan dog at the Manhattan Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 2 years old.
I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 24-Jan-2019, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance- landlord won't allow.

Flacco is at risk, new hope only determination, for behavioral reasons. Flacco has exhibited a concerning level of dog reactivity while at the care center and will require behavior modification. Flacco would be best suited for a rescue partner that can manage his challenging behaviors in a low stress environment and provide reward based training. Medically, Flacco seems healthy.
