Kitty Cat, pit bull, 11 years, 60 pounds, heartworm negative. Kitty Cat was surrendered because her owner can no longer physically care for her. She has lived in an outdoor kennel next to another dog, and the two got along at the fence. Her owner thinks she may be losing sight and hearing. She has some dandruff and hair loss, scabs on her tail, and her ears are crusty and thickened. She has some swelling in her left front foot and a stiff gait. In spite of all that, she is a happy girl who is very active for a senior. She was very curious to sniff everything in the room, but did eventually decide to just kick back and relax.
