This pup was calm, quiet, and noticeably scared when I approached his kennel. The kennel environment seems to really be stressing
him out and he was constantly shaking. When I entered the kennel, he put himself into a far corner, put his head down, and refused to
make eye contact with me. He would not take treats from me or the ground. I walked by his kennel a few minutes later after I had finished
spending time with him, and he was still in the same position and had not eaten the treats. He allowed me to touch him but was very
uncomfortable. I spent roughly 10 minutes with him just sitting in the kennel and he did not move the entire time. A tall male kennel
attendent attested to him behaving similarly with him and he has not shown any signs of aggression towards men. This pup needs a
calm and quiet place to decompress.
