𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀
𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮: Dexter was picked up running loose in a neighborhood. He is only 11 months old, friendly, very energetic and strong. He definitely needs to be taught some manners.

3/1 Very forward on the leash. I have to use two hands to walk him to the runs. I would recommend avoiding the runs altogether for Dexter. As I brought other dogs out, I noticed that he was high pitch vocalizing at the run door. He was heavily panting with a curled tongue. I leashed him and brought him back inside. He did not respond to the tossed treats and pulled me all the way to the building. I held on to the leash with two hands and had to adjust my grip to hold on to him.
