𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘: owner had too many dogs from bite case call, but friendly
3/1 Dog is geriatric, had long nails, matted in some places and heartworm positive. Dog had what seemed like hotspot on neck under chin.
𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
3/2/23:
S/O: geriatric, right lower mandible healing sore, limping LR-no palpable abnormalities noted or pain ellicited, high HW+
A: geriatric, healing sore, ddx LR soft tissue injury/hip dysplasia, high HW+
P: rx clavamox 375mg bid x 14, rx rimidyl 75mg bid x 14, needs rads V/D and lateral pelvis/knees
