I came into the shelter as a stray on 10/24/2023.
Cooper is in need of emergency placement due to behavior concerns. Cooper has been intensely stressed in the kennel, scratching at the kennel walls, barking incessantly, and losing his voice due to constant barking. When dogs walk past him, he lunges and digs at his food slot. Medically, Cooper is apparently healthy.
