Franklin is at risk due to behavior concerns. When unleashed, Franklin exhibits heightened arousal and progresses to biting the leash while growling. Distraction proves challenging, and he was noted to seize and chew on numerous ropes, leading to self-inflicted injuries. Prior to these behaviors, Franklin had demonstrated social tendencies. Franklin is apparently healthy.
