Ellie: Sweet older girl Ellie?s owner died and she was surrendered. She has dermatitis, overgrown nails and is super skinny and somehow seems like she?s really enjoying her time at BARC?she was happy to see me and so happy to be tucking away at a peanut butter covered bone. I opened her kennel door and she glanced at me but went back to eating her bone (see video). As soon as I offered a treat, she came towards me and I was able to leash her. We did a lap around the ward, she walks nicely on a leash and greeted dogs with friendly interest. Like the dog she came in with Carl, she is super easy going. LOVED all her treats, and had no problems going back to her kennel where she could resume eating her bone. Such a sweet girl who is in good spirits despite her situation
