Bella is in need of emergency placement due to behavior concerns. Bella was reported to grab and bite staff members' slipped leads during walks. She tends to become overstimulated and vocalizes when grabbing the leash, posing challenges during walks. Similar behaviors were observed during the jogging portion of her assessment. Despite these tendencies, Bella's owner characterizes her as social and affectionate. Medically, Bella is apparently healthy.
