4/10 SPAY, 4/11 vomited numerous times. Parvo test negative BAR eating and drinking. Monitor.
4/16 radiographs performed showed a large amount of food in stomach and large amount of feces in colon cause of distended abdomen. abdomen not as distended as yesterday. dog BAR with good energy MM pink moist. Form stool. No vomiting. taken off vet eval.
4/17 nasal discharge possible URI/kennel cough RX doxycycline 50mg SID x 10 days.
4/19 some soft stool and diarrhea. fecal negative. possible parasites 4mls Panacur SID x 5days and 2.15 Ponazuril SID x 3days
4/20 ACT called due to yelping, laying on back and limping. co-kenneled with litter mate. doing well not limping no treatment needed.
4/20 diarrhea spots BAR
