4/16/2024: Stray dog confined at El Franco Lee Parka
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
4/18/2024. When i approiach the kennel he greetes me with a waggy tail but ears back. He lets me put the leash on him and walks a simi loose leash.
4/23/2024: in the morning. Pluto was barking the entire time I was cleaning the kennels around him. When I approached his kennel.had his front paws on the door and was panting. I leashed him and he pulled hard on the leash as we walked to the doswas pulling hard on the leash the entire way to the outside runs. When I went outside to retrieve him, he was jumping
the kennel door. I waited for him to stop then I leashed him. As soon as I opened the kennel door, he went straight for mileg and held onto me with his front paws. I had to push him off because he wouldn't let go. He pulled hard the entire walk back to his kennel.
