Frankie is on the at-risk list due to behavior concerns. Frankie in care has been maintain his arousal levels outside with staff and has shown a high level of dog reactivity. Frankie when interaction with staff will begins to attempt to mount them, being refocused at times but other times being incessant when mounting staff members, having to be pushed off multiple times making it hard to walk him safely. Frankie has also shown a high level of reactivity towards other dogs, lunging and barking. Medically, Frankie is apparently healthy.
