Puppy 𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐘 came into the shelter on March 11th as a stray. She is now on the euthanasia list for ?Medical: Severe Generalized Dermatitis Secondary to Demodex, Severely thickened, red, crusting skin, lower mandible/neck is swollen and thickened." Her life should not end for the reasons given.

S/O: generalized dermatitis but heavily concentrated of entire ventral aspect and
lateral abdomen. The skin of ventrum is severely thickened, red, with crusting.
The ventral aspect of the lower mandible/neck is swollen and thickened.
A: severe generalized dermatitis secondary to demodex
P: rescue only due to severity. recommend rescue give oral f/t prevention such
as nexgard vs. simparica vs. bravecto
clavamox 125mg + 62.5mg BID x 14 days
