About katrina: 🆘 𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐀 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐓𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐃𝐀𝐘, 𝟒/𝟐𝟗 🆘 ⏰ Beautiful 𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐀 must have a hold 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟏 𝐏𝐌 or she will be euthanized. ➡️ ❤️🐶 Katrina ID #A2006391 4/14 | Stray-Field | Female | German Shepherd Mix, black/brown | 4Y | 71 lbs. | HW High+ 📝 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: 𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐀 was brought in as a stray on 4/10/25 with 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐊𝐋𝐄𝐒 (ID# A2006393, who was on the 4/26/25 euthanasia list. He sadly did not make it.) and one another dog. We do not know who the other dog is at this time. This beautiful girl is now on the euthanasia list for "Medical (Heartworms) and behavior (stressed, over aroused, alarm barking in kennel, jumping, spinning, growling at the front of her kennel door, very forward and vocal towards customers, pulled in kennel cover, still stressed)." The shelter will help with heartworm medication if she is adopted through them. 𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐀 needs a new loving, committed family of her own or a foster family who will give her the love, care, security, healing, and the attention that she so deserves and the chance to live a long, good life. 📝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: 04/14/2025 INTAKE: 2 brown and 1 blk dogs loose attacking caller's daughter & grandchildren pls sweep for pickup per 4/21/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: 04/21/25 17:11 Walked very well with loose leash for AM and PM walks, only occasionally stopping to sit and scratch herself due to skin condition. Quiet in kennel throughout the day but during PM walk when placing a dog in the run next to hers Katrina was standing by the fence, forward shepherd barking. Same back in her kennel when walking a dog past outside portion. 4/22/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Katrina was quiet and relaxed throughout am cleaning. I was able to easily leash her up and she walked out on a loose leash to the runs. I left her in there for a little while and when I came back to her she was vocalizing . Once leashed she walked back to kennel loosely. Has been laying down adn relaxed throughout pm. 4/24/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Before getting to her for AM walk, Katrina started to forward bark with a slight helicopter tail and open mouth pant as I walked other dogs by her kennel. I tossed treats over to redirect but she kept ignoring. Once walking outside, she holds a tight leash at first and then begins to zigzag as well as forward bark as there is another dog at a distance in a run. Once placed back, she goes back to vocalizing and jumping on the kennel door until I stop walking by. 04/25/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Alarm barking with dilated eyes 04/27/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Katrina has been barking to the visitors, jumping, spinning and growling front her kennel's door. 4/28/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Noticed Katrina was very forward and vocal towards customers passing by on the outsdie portion. Had asked ACT to cover outside portion due to behavior. Once dog was covered later on noticed that she pulled in sheet and was laying on it but was still showing stressed out behavior as customers walked by. 04/28/2025 BEHAVIOR 04/28/25 09:18 Forward alarm barking, pulled sheet covering kennel in and was barking at non-staff and other dogs. 📝 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: T25-065299 04/27/2025 71.0 lbs DERMATITIS Temperature : F S/O: Pt is BAR, has hairloss across it lumbar region - mid back to and on tail A: FLEA ALLERGY DERMATITIS P: Already on flea meds.
