She was found on Cora St, 77088. 𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐎 is now on the euthanasia list for "Heartworms; Behavior (Tense body, whale eyes and lip licking. Refusing to walk. Needs to be muzzled and carried.)." 📝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: 4/28/2025: INTAKE - up to 4 loose stray dogs on the street for 2 weeks. states one of the dogs tried to bite her. 4/30/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Echo presents tense body, whale eyes and he was licking her lips when I leash her up. She refuse takes treats and no walks so I carry her to move to the new kennel. 5/2/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Approaching kennel, echo was pancaked in the corner. I managed to leash her easily, she followed me outside the room but then pancaked again. I carried her outside to see if she would continue walking but she pancaked again.
