𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐒𝐀 is now on the euthanasia list for "Medical (Heartworms), Behavior (stressed, vocal in kennel even with cover, very vocal in outside runs as well, jumping on run door)." 📝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: 4/28/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Vocal in kennel while I was passing out enrichment. 4/29/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: During AM cleaning, Medusa was vocal in her kennel. She walked on a tight leash to the outside runs. She was vocal while in the run. She walked back inside on a tight leash. Throughout the day, she was vocal in her kennel even with her kennel covered. 4/30/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: While cleaning, Medusa was vocal in her kennel. When I approached her kennel, she had a tense wiggly body and tappy feet. I leashed her and she walked on a tight leash to the outside runs. While outside, she was very vocal in the run. She walked back inside on a semi-tight leash. She continued to be vocal in her kennel throughout the day. 5/1/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Medusa walked with a semi-loose leash, tail wagging, ears back. She vocalized when passing her kennel and while in an outside run. Passing kennel later, she vocalized with ears back, tail wagging, eyes dilated and put her front paws onto the kennel door. 5/2/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Approaching kennel, Medusa had not gone potty in her kennel and greeted me with tapping front paws. She walked semi-loosely to and from an outside run. Passing kennel, she vocalized behind the cover then a wiggly body once she saw me, ears back, tail wagging. 5/3/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Medusa presented similar behavior to the previous note (Approaching kennel, Medusa had not gone potty in her kennel and greeted me with tapping front paws. She walked semi-loosely to and from an outside run.) Approaching outside run, she was sitting by the door, vocalized and jumped onto the gate. 📝 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: T25-066160 04/28/2025 45.0 lbs 5/9 OTHER Temperature : F 4/28/25 S/O: left hind paw is missing last two toenails - 3rd phalanx of digit 4 and digit 5. Phalanx 1 and 2 are palpable and present.
