🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
S/O: Front right leg swollen from medial shoulder to Carpus. There is a fresh
wound on the medial side of the forearm and an older one on the Lateral elbow.
Limping on the leg and just toe touching when stands. Carpus and shoulder flex
and extends without issue but the forearm is painful to the touch. Pt is very good
despite all the manipulation.
A: WOund and soft tissue injury to Lt Front leg
P: Carprofen 75 mg , 1 BID x 5 days // Cephalexin 500mg, 1 BID x 10d
