She was easy to leash and had no issue with me being around her puppies. She didn?t love leaving them behind but I got her to slowly walk outside with me. She immediately did all her business outside because she didn?t want to do it around her babies. One puppy was definitely a tiny runt and mama is the prettiest chocolate brown color. She?s a calm sweet mama who is a little timid but she trusts quickly especially if you have treats! She?s skin and bones but her puppies appear healthy. She was cracking me up because when I wasn?t looking she would steal the entire bag of treats and drag them away. She was super excited about silly hats club but she let me pick her up and give her lots of snuggles. She walked slowly back inside and stopped in front of the door she thought her puppies were behind. 📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 05/09/25 10:38 Due to large litter and dog sitting on puppies, moved to large kennel. Didn't walk so picked up and carried her in. Once in kennel brought in blankets and she sat on them as I placed each one down. Offered treats but wasn't interested. Brought her puppies and though she sniffed them, wasn't overly concerned with them; sat next to me and held squinty eyes looking up as I pet her, didn't go over to puppies on blanket. Sitting at front of kennel moving head to watch staff cleaning walkway, then eventually went to go lie down and nurse her babie 🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Heartworms
