📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
5/20 Gerant greets me at kennel door wags his tail , I leash him up and he walks out slowly. He didnt seem like he wanted to go
far once we walked only some steps then he didnt want to go any further. I placed him on the back side of the kennel.
Once inside was clean he came in and was relaxed on bedding.
5/21 On bedding when I approached, I stepped in and leashed him, had to use encouragment to get him to exit kennel but
once outside became super qiggly, licking my hands bouncyh steps. Same behavior when walking back to kennel. Naps
majority of the day
5/25 At front of kennel, wiggly body, fast wagging tail. Once leashed dog stopped at door but was able to get to follow me by
telling him "come" in baby talk. Walked on a loose leash, nudging and licking hand seeking affection. Quiet in kennel.

S/O: patchy alopecia of all 4 limbs and around the eyes. skin scrape NSF
A: dermatitis
P: nexgard due to clinical presentation of alopecia
cephalexin 500mg BID x 10 days
