S/O: no lameness observed on hindlimbs and no swelling of paw. the wound is
dry without any swelling or discharge.
A: lameness resolved
P: continue with medications as prescribed. no longer limping so radiographs are
not warranted at this time .

green discharge from the limping back left leg...

s/o: this dog is high heartworm positive. He does not want to bear weight on left
rear leg. There are scars on the paw and the paw appears to be swollen. He
has thick ocular discharge from both eyes and lower lid appears to roll inward
a: high heartworm positive and possible injured lower left rear leg and
conjunctivitis OU possibly secondary to lower lid entropion OU
p: will treat with Erythromycin Ophthalmic ointment OU BID x 10 days and 1.5
100mg Carprofen SID x 10 days and may need to radiograph lower rear leg at
end of stray hold
