If you can help us meet the animals at BARC let us know. 📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Approaching run, Milkbud begins to cower with a low head and avoids eye contact as I get near him with babytalk. I squat down and offer my hand for a sniff in which he turns his head away and pulls bodyweight backwards with a tucked tail. I then slowly leash him and walk him to his new kennel. As I checked his ID band, dog looked at me with whaled eyes, low ears, and liplicked a few times. Will partially cover kennel to provide with more privacy. 05/16/25 16:32 Tense with head lowered as he walked behind me with semi-loose leash out to runs. placed him in a run and went to go retrieve him when his kennel was clean. Stood next to gate as I placed leash and walked back inside and into his kennel. Tense body language in kennel. I opened the kennel leashing him and he slowly exited the kennel. He walked with a lowered head and tucked tail as I walked him outside. He remained tense outside but followed me as I walked him around. Milkbud presents a wiggly body, wagging tail, soft facial expression, and floppy ears. he walked outside on a loose leash and immediately pottied when we got outside. Approaching kennel milkbud is sitting at front of door. relaxed body, slow wagging tail I opened kennel and leashed. Walked on a loose leash to and from kennel. quiet throughout the day Milkbud comes out of the doggy doors and greets me, he has loose relaxed body. Walks out slowly and looks aorund then proceeds to walk loosely to the runs. Once he is back in his kennel he remains quiet and keeps to hisself enjoying his enrichment. I entered the outside portion of Milkbud's kennel, he slowly came out was a cowaring and a bit low but as I called out to him he came towards me. I was able to leash him up. Walks out on a loose leash . I placed him in the run and came back to take his photos, he was a bit timid but I was using my treats to gewt him attention. Walked him back to his kennel and he walked loosely. In his kennel pm he has been quiet and relaxed. I offered a rawhide for him to chew on and he has been lounging on his bedding chewing on it. Approaching kennel, Milkbud comes to me with a wagging tail and relaxed body as I babytalked to him. Dog walked out with a wiggly body and held a loose leash taking a few treats.
