💜 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀
Roscoe was our heartbreaking pup of the day. 83 pounds of shaking in fear, more like a chi than a big guy. It took a volunteer 20 minutes to get him outside. Once outside he just layed in the sun watching us meet other pups. He wanted treats but wouldn?t eat. He met Dakota and a young female pup. He did slightly better going back inside in 10 minutes. He was wearing a huge collar with metal/twine like he had been tied up and broke free. We felt so sad for him and hope he makes it out where he can decompress and learn to trust😢
