This 90lb goofball is currently one of the staff favorites! He doesn't meet a stranger, never stays still and wants to give everyone kisses.
Herby is another poor dog to be abandoned by his owners and end up in a kennel at Animal Control. He is an XL dog and will not do well in a kennel for a long period of time.
