s/o: This dog is high heartworm positive. He has hairloss all over body with
some sores. Skin scraping was positive for demodex
a: high heartworm positive and dermatitis generalized demodex
p: recommend rescue only due to severity of condition and will treat with 125mg
Clavamox BID x 14 days
Dog is completely hairloss other than some hair on head and legs. Dog has
crusting of the skin and irritated skin.
