s/o: dog has a badly injured right front paw. The paw is very swollen from the
carpus down through the digits. There are large wounds and missing nails with
granulation tissue
a: severely injured right front paw
p: outreach to decide on plea and the leg would most likely need an outside
amputation. Will treat with 75mg Carprofen BID x 10 days and 2 500mg
Cephalexin BID x 10 days and 400mg Gabapentin BID x 10 days
