Oh my goodness this boy here. He Is such a sweetheart . I walked by his kennel and he was wimpering so decided to stop and see him. I could see he wanted to come out for a walk. He was calm in his kennel, no jumping or barking. Kennel was clean. He leashed easily and walked with no problems. Once outside he went To the bathroom and sniffed around a little bit. He rolled around in the grass a little and enjoyed laying in the sun.
His skin is a little red and irritated so he seemed to love when i scratched his belly. He rolled over on his back so i could do this. He got along with otherr dogs even when another dog tried to nip at him he didn?t react at all. Hes a gentle soul and it appears he hasn?t had the easiest life. My hope is he finds that love he so deserves .

Volunteer 2: Sweet Link boy was just calmly curled up on his bed in the kennel and got up and greeted me with a wagging tail. This boys tail is ALWAYS wagging - not a single bad vibe despite the hard life that he's clearly lived so far. He has a calm, gentle demeanor and took treats so nicely. He didn't appear to know sit or have any training but he's such good dog, I'm sure he'd be trainable and eager to please. I temp tested him with a very hyper dog and he did really well. Greeted him with tail wags and tolerated his energy for the most part - I think he was getting overwhelmed by him towards the end but didn't let that show. He'll be an easy boy - he just needs some TLC and someone willing to give him a chance! Please open up your home to Link! He deserves to finally feel safe and comfortable and have a reason to keep wagging that tail!

Mr. Link when approaching his kennel was standing by his door, he was easy to leash and walks on a loose leash too and from runs with a relax body and happy tail.

dog was in front of the kennel adn when i leashed him he walked lose leash and as i walked him outside he pottied then began to whine but as we walked he stopped and when i brought him back inside to place him in the kennel he stood in front of the kennel as i removed the leash and closed the door.
