meds, very friendly
7/11/25:
S/O: generalized areas of alopecia/hair thinning/errythema sores, holding RR up,
RR knee palpates thickened/RR shorter then LR
A: skin scrape demodex, dx demodex, ddx RR femoral head/neck fracture, ddx
RR cranial cruciate injury
P: rx clavamox 375mg bid x 14, rx rimidyl 75mg sid x 14, rx gabapentin 100mg 2
bid x 14, rx Nexgard if move ADOPT, needs V/D and lateral rads of pelvis/knees
