Timid and had to coax out. Would wag his tail with a lowered head. Once out of kennel, he did walk out with a tucked tail.
In back intake he did come to me with a low waggy tail and rest his head in my hand as I scratched his chin. Muzzled for
HWT and he did well.
Unable to finish work up due to behavior, dog began thrashing, alligator rolling and airsnapping

NOTE
Timid in kennel. When out of kennel, he is very tense on lead and walks with a tucked tail. I walked him outside and he did
not want to enter the runs. He instead pulled in a forward direction and did not listen to redirection. I had to stop him then
guide his body around but he still did not want to follow me. I muzzled him then carried him back inside to his kennel.
