Behavior (Stressed in kennel. Very vocal in kennel. Pulls heavily on leash. )

Approaching kennel, Happy comes to me with an open mouth pant, whaled eyes, slow tail sway, and head facing up towards the lock of the kennel door while whimpering as I get closer with babytalk. After leashing, dog held a very forward
leash during his AM walk around the courtyard and would ignore treats. Noticed that once I placed him back, he would vocalize as I would pass by his kennel every time as well as pace from side to side (tipping over his water bowl constantly). Will replace with bucket.
Throughout the day, Happy is in kennel pacing from side to side with red eyes, open mouth pant, and wagging tail as I pass by and check on her. Noticed the this morning, Happy was pulling heavily on the leash of another handler and would
ignore treats for redirection. He vocalizes when people walk in the row and continues to pant but I am able to redirect for a few seconds by tossing treats to the back of kennel. Provided with extra enrichment and raw hide kept him busy
momentarily.
Very vocal, panting, and standing by the kennel door.
Happy was at the front of the kennel with tense body, dilated eyes and low swaying tail. Happy pulls on the leash when walking, when leaving him in the dog run he starts to get vocal and pacing back n forth. Once back in the kennel, Happy
will start to vocal and panting in the kennel.
Approach kennel, Happy was at the front of the kennel door presenting dilated eyes, low swaying tail, and tense body. I place the leash on him and he started to semi-pull on the leash and would not take any treats that was offered. After being
out in the dog run for a few minutes, I went back out to leash Happy and again he semi-pulled on the leash. I walk him into his kennel, and as I was walking away, he started to get vocal. I started to walk another dog and once I pass Happy's
kennel, he started to forward bark at the other dog. WIll be placing a cover in the outside kennel and monitor.
